Why Road Warrior on a stealth build?
For the recycling, not the ARC fights: full-efficiency recycling in the round keeps the bag full of materials instead of junk.
The stealth looter maxes the quiet skills: Silent Scavenger (-50% looting sound), Gentle Pressure (-50% breach sound) and Agile Croucher (+15% crouch speed). Road Warrior at 31 Survival lets you recycle junk at full value in the field, and Sprinting on Fumes at 31 Mobility is the way out. Conditioning gets 14 points for Mule's Gallop and Loaded Arms.

Crouch-route the edges, loot without announcing it, and sprint out on empty stamina if someone hears you anyway.

The closest guide by allocation. Changing Stealth Looter into Trio Support moves these points:
For the recycling, not the ARC fights: full-efficiency recycling in the round keeps the bag full of materials instead of junk.
Only by moving 17 points into Conditioning, which costs the Mobility capstone.
Built for solo or a quiet duo.
